Stone Pavilion Receives 5 Star Rating

Stone Pavilion of C.M. Tucker Nursing Care Center received a 5 star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services April 15, 2019. BHDD Office of Mental Health Director of Veterans Services Bobby Morgan thanked the “incredible, dedicated staff for all you do to serve those who have served our Country; without you, this rating would not be possible.” Congratulations, Stone staff!
