The BHDD Speakers Bureau provides speakers at no cost to non-profit groups and organizations (civic clubs, community groups, schools, etc.) throughout the state. The purpose of the service is to raise awareness of behavioral health and developmental disability issues and enhance community education related to services and programs available through BHDD.
BHDD will do its best to match a qualified, local speaker to your group’s needs. Please contact us with as much notice as possible.
If your company or organization has an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), please contact it for a speaker before seeking one through BHDD.

BHDD understands schools’ and instructors’ desire to encourage students to interview professionals in behavioral health and developmental disability-related fields.
However, BHDD cannot accommodate such requests. If you would like to schedule a professional/clinician in a BHDD-related field to give a presentation to your students, please contact the agency's speakers' bureau.
