Dedication to Timely Access

BHDD's goal is to provide access to mental health services as soon as possible. Initial screening appointments use the following time guidelines:

Appointment Requests: Within 7 working days
Urgent Requests: Within 2 working days
Emergency Requests: Same day

Insurance and Payment Options

BHDD serves patients regardless of ability to pay.
Payment is due at the time services are delivered.
BHDD mental health centers file claims with Medicaid, Medicare, Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and many private insurance providers.
If you are unsure if services are in-network or out-of-network with your insurance, please contact your insurance company to find out.
If you do not have health insurance, you will be billed directly for the services you receive.
BHDD mental health centers offer fee adjustments based on individual need. Call us to learn more.
