The South Carolina Department of Health & Environmental Control (DHEC) is soliciting input on whether amendments to current regulations, to include but not limited to Licensing Regulations for Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICFs/IID) and Licensing Regulations for Community Residential Care Facilities (CRCFs), are needed and if so proposed revision(s). Comments must be received by 5 p.m. on December 29, 2021.
