Who Should Attend

"Front-line" clinical and administration staff from the state’s 31 county alcohol and drug abuse authorities, including group leaders, counselors, ADSAP Coordinators, and Treatment Directors hired within the past three years in these capacities

Prerequisite

Must work in some capacity with ADSAP clients

Description

This training is specifically designed to include “front-line” staff who monitor and provide services to ADSAP clients. A range of topics will be addressed via panel and individual presentations, including intake, assessment, financial assessment process, community service, clients’ level-of-care placement, termination/transfer, client/citizen complaints, interstate ADSAP process, appeals process, maximum Prime For Life sessions per week, clients’ case reviews, ignition interlock process, clinical notes documentation, etc.
