Independent Living Skills Service Documentation Training

Location: SC State Health Campus - 400 Otarre Parkway, Cayce SC 29033
This training is recommended for all independent living skills staff, those who supervise staff, or anyone interested in learning more about documentation for independent living skills. As noted, this is an in-person event and spaces are limited. Priority will be given to those who respond first. Parking is limited and providers are strongly encouraged to carpool whenever possible to help reduce parking congestion and ensure timely arrival. Visitors will need to park in Parking Lot D. Registration will end at the close of business on Thursday, June 18th, 2026, or once the training has reached capacity.
